About Joshua
My reason to get into tutoring is so that I can help people who may be in a similar position to me when I was at school - I have ADHD and school wasn't the most ADHD-friendly place; I had to come up with my own support systems and methods of learning. Once I had found a way that worked for me the rest fell into place. The journey I have made from struggling through GCSE exams to getting a place at a London Medical School was long and winding, very stressful at times. I wish that I had a mentor back then to show me what I could really achieve (and how).
I hope I can be that person to you or your child.

*Teaching will be feedback based - This means we will go over a topic, try out some questions and then focus on any potential weak areas that need more focus.
*I believe that lessons should be no longer than 1 hour, this is because it can be easy to get overwhelmed with information and lose sight on the concept fundamentals.
*I have helped younger students before with science-related problems, they told me I'd make a good tutor so here I am!
*I prefer to teach GCSE level students and Medicine applicants but I will also consider A-level students depending on the topic.
