I am willing to tutor students from primary up to Sixth Form/College level. I find the best way to tutor is through using popular culture, art and media to support the learning, as well as make the lessons more interactive.
I have a BA (Hons) degree in History, and I am currently studying to achieve a MA in Medieval Studies from the University of York. I enjoy learning as much as possible and hope that this may rub off on students. I recently completed the Children's University programme at university, as part of this I had to teach a class of primary school children about myths and legends. I tried to make the experience for the children as exciting as possible by including crafts and interactive activities in the lessons.

I am very interested in fashion, and often make my own clothes. In my spare time I enjoy painting, drawing and acting in the plays put on by the ‘Lords of Misrule’ (the Centre for Medieval Studies amateur dramatics group).
