I approach the classes with focus on alignment and connection between breath and movement. My classes are nourishing and dynamic, where students will understand the mechanics of the body, while working out, with a full-body relaxation at the end. All levels and body types are welcome.

My name is Giovanna and I am a yoga and meditation teacher, who is passionate about movement and the mind.
I have been practising yoga for over 10 years now, and my classes have well-thought sequences, according to the student's needs.
I have experience teaching vinyasa and slow flow yoga to beginners and mixed level classes to both corporate, studio and private students.
The classes are tailored to your body and needs, working on both physical and mental health, through yoga postures, breathwork followed by a final relaxation or short meditation at the end of the class.
