A lot is being heard about yoga and fancy names are given likekundalini yoga, power yoga and so on. My method is nothing to do with kundalini activitation or 7 chakras. My method is focused on Visualization and bhakti. Bhakti leads to purification of subconscious mind and thus spiritual upliftment as consciousness starts to expand
