I'm a Politics Master's student who developed a passion for meditation in 2012, have met expert meditators of many traditions and soon hope to be an accredited (Zen-based) mindfulness teacher.

I focus on meditations with the most research for increasing wellbeing (such as mindfulness and loving kindness meditation) but also focus on concentration meditation for the hopeful/eventual generation of (empirically studied) bliss states (and have briefly taught a meditation group with these priorities).
