About Sam
I am a caring, responsible and confident person who prides themselves on helping people with their fitness, mental health and well being. I enjoy every aspect of coaching, teaching and tutoring people with any sort of issue(s) they may be facing, and, in the past, I have created and led various programs for children and adults that incorporate physical activity and mental health and well-being.

My overall method is to ensure the appropriate delivery of lessons, the planning and engagement of the lessons, giving and receiving feedback from the students and always try and support the students with their work. So If there are goals you want to meet, deadlines due, life challenges that need to be changed for the better, then contact me and we can do something about it.
What I do is programming and delivering mental health and well-being lessons/interventions in a variety of workplaces either in schools or in the community in the Wirral area. The lessons and sessions could be one to one or group depending on what support, guidance and coping mechanisms is needed to motivate them, thus improving their health and well-being.
