About Barbara
I've come a long way myself. I've done an incredible amount of personal development, overcome burnout and depression, and I live with ADHD. After years of talk therapy, I reached a point where, theoretically, I understood everything about myself – but I simply didn't know how to put it all into practice in everyday life. That's why I trained to become a mental coach. For myself, and then to help others help themselves. I finally wanted to learn how to truly take action instead of just talking about it. To delve deep into the brain and learn to reprogram thoughts internally, thereby achieving significant physical results. I want to pass on these practical tools to you now, so you don't have to take the same long detours I did. For me, mental training is essentially the same as personal training. Let's be honest: deep down, we usually know exactly what we should be doing and what would be good for us. But there's just so much information out there. We're supposed to be doing and paying attention to so much. So we can't really do it right, we do too much or too little, and we lose our way in everyday life. That's exactly where I come in. With my background knowledge and your goals, I'll put together a program that's precisely tailored to you. I'll help you reach your goal effectively and in the fastest, most sustainable way. This not only saves you a lot of valuable time, but often also a great deal of frustration, pain, and unnecessary detours that you might otherwise take on your own.
