About Judit Viktoria

Elite sport is written in my DNA: in Hungary, my father was a professional soccer player and my mum a very high-level rhythmic gymnast, who competed in two World Championships representing her country, as well as being my personal coach. I started rhythmic gymnastics at 6 years old and we moved to Canada because my mum got the job as head coach for the club where I grew up and where I coached my whole life. Growing up, my mum became a true colleague: I worked alongside her as a competitive coach and national judge.
In 2026, I made an important decision, to leave Canada and move to beautiful Sardinia to live in nature, close to the sea that I love deeply.

Today, my biggest wish is to pass on everything I’ve learned to those who need it most. I want to help young athletes, but also my peers and professionals who are looking for their own path or a clear direction in life. I am an extremely welcoming, empathetic, and easy-to-talk-to person. For me, it’s fundamental to create a safe and judgement-free space, to be that sincere support and that shoulder for others that I myself would have loved to have by my side during the most intense moments of my career.

About the lesson

My mental coaching method is rooted in 21 years of experience as a high-level competitive rhythmic gymnastics coach in Canada. I have coached across all levels and age groups (from age 5 upwards), ranging from recreational beginners to members of the national team.
I am also a former high-level competitive rhythmic gymnast; I was a Canadian national team medallist for six years and competed in the 2003 World Championships in Budapest. I know exactly what it takes to reach that level, both mentally and physically. Throughout my career, I have trained and mentored numerous coaches through specialised courses and mentorship programmes based on my own experience. My goal is to share this knowledge not only with athletes across all disciplines but also with coaches, professionals, and anyone seeking guidance and tangible methods to overcome mental blocks and develop a stronger, more confident, and winning mindset in any area of life. My sessions are conducted online and are highly personalised and strategic.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in French immersion education (BEd Élémentaire) from the University of Alberta, an NCCP Level 3 coaching certification, and I am also a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor. I recently moved from Canada to Sardinia to begin a new life closer to nature.
Important note: All sessions and materials are conducted exclusively in English. I offer a complimentary 30-minute initial consultation to assess your goals and determine if we are a good fit.
