I would love to teach about postnatal body build because it helps mothers understand the physical changes after childbirth, promotes healthy recovery, improves confidence, encourages proper nutrition and exercise, and empowers women to regain strength while preventing complications through informed self-care.
I would love to teach about prenatal body build because it helps expectant mothers understand the body’s changes during pregnancy, adopt healthy habits, support foetal development, reduce pregnancy-related discomforts, and prepare physically and mentally for a safe pregnancy and childbirth.
