About Amber
I am a certified middle grades math (grades 6-9) teacher located in North Carolina. I have taught and/or tutored in math for all grade levels. Math is a subject that builds on itself and I believe it is very important to start with the basics and build foundations that will carry students through multiple levels of math.

*Math lesson with guided notes (provided digitally) in slide format
*All math problems/examples will have step-by-step instructions to solve them & cover different methods of solving the problem
*I Do, We Do, You Do method of teaching: I will solve an example (or as many as needed) step-by-step, then we will work together to solve a few problems. Once you are familiar with the concept, you will attempt to solve a few problems on your own. We will review your work together to check for correctness or any errors.
I can provide lessons on any math grade level from elementary to high school by request!
