About Che

I’m Che, a Focus and Mindset Coach who helps students and professionals move through procrastination, burnout, and self-doubt by aligning their energy, emotions, and daily habits. I created the Focus Flow Alignment Method, a gentle yet structured approach that blends mindset work, energy alignment, and practical study systems to help you show up with calm, consistent focus. My philosophy is simple: when your energy is aligned, discipline becomes natural. My teaching style is compassionate, structured, and empowering. I meet each student where they are — helping them understand the emotions behind resistance, clear what’s blocking their motivation, and build practical routines that actually work for them. If you’ve ever felt stuck knowing what to do but unable to do it, my sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your focus and trust yourself again.

About the lesson

My approach blends practical focus coaching with gentle energy and mindset work, helping students move beyond procrastination, burnout, and self-doubt into calm, consistent discipline. I teach that focus isn’t about forcing yourself to work harder — it’s about learning to regulate your energy, emotions, and thoughts so that focus becomes natural.
