About Meghan
"Completing my MMus at USC Thornton School of Music in 2019 provided the technical foundation for my 13 years of teaching. Standing at the keyboard at age 5, I began a lifelong relationship with music that led to public recitals by age 13.
I have refined my craft through performing across the Bay Area and guiding countless students toward their artistic goals. My approach incorporates sight playing, hand independence, music theory, dynamics and expression, pedaling technique, memorization techniques, and accompaniment skills to ensure complete musical command. "Admittedly, my favorite part of the process is witnessing the exact moment a student begins to discover their own unique musical voice. I utilize a methodical and patient framework to build the rigorous habits required for high schoolers aiming for Juilliard, Interlochen, or Curtis.
Because I offer a free trial lesson to map out goals, we can ensure our path remains clear and intentional. These 6 sessions focus on the specific technical demands of conservatory programs while maintaining a warm environment for growth. Whether you are a beginner or at a diploma level, I look forward to working together."
