About Sarah
I’m a passionate and dedicated fitness professional with twenty years of group exercise expertise under my mic belt! I’m multi disciplined and highly skilled and care deeply about participants and the journey they are on. I love my job and the rewarding feeling of people leaving classes feeling happy, informed, uplifted and ready to return for more!
I’m a proud mum to three amazing kids, two cats and a very violent rabbit and have called Solihull my home for forty years.
I love my community and trying to do my bit by making the world a fitter place!
