I build my programs and plan my sessions based on the characteristics (physical, psychological, hygienic, etc.) of each of my athletes in order to respect their physical integrity and achieve the objectives with maximum efficiency. I establish a follow-up throughout the duration of the program and am at the entire disposal of my athlete! Being close to your athlete allows you to move forward and create a climate of confidence to achieve this goal together. His goal is mine too.
