About Lizz
My name is Lizz and I am from Rotterdam, Holland. After a few years as the owner of CrossFit Nultien in the Netherlands, my family and I moved to Barcelona for a new adventure!
I have a lot of experience training all types of people, from 3 years old to 70 years old. My specialty is training pregnant women, but also without baby you are very welcome!

we use functional movements (like a squat for example) and changes in intensity.
Classes last 30 or 60 minutes. We always start with a warm-up part, then a strength or gymnastic part, followed by an intensity part. At the end we train abdominals or mobility.
I am a CrossFit teacher, with experience of all levels. From 3 years to 70 years, if you want to train, I have a training!

You pay €20 for a 30 mins session, €35 for 60 mins.
However if you buy Bono's, the rate drops! I have Bono's for 5 or 10 sessions. The more sessions you buy, the cheaper it gets!
