About Garima
A Dance enthusiast Professional working in this field since last three year after leaving a 9-5 job as Fashion Designer. I have completed my training as dance professional from one of the Best Academy in Delhi & have worked with them in multiple projects . I have been continuously exploring this field and have got cerification which includes Zumba Instructor License & a certification in Belly Dancing for beginner level.
Apart from this I am still pursuing my Diploma Degree in Kathak & also pursing the Belly Dance for further levels.

Zumba is a total-body cardio and aerobic workout, which provides a large calorie consumption. Apart from just being a workout Zumba act as a stress burster.
Each workout will involved choreographed movements set to Upbeat Salsa and International Music or Bollywood Music.Even if you're not a good dancer, the choreographies are repetitive, so most people will catch on to the moves easily.
The classes will be fun, high-energy workout experience that keeps you excited to exercise—and coming back for more.
I am sure you won't look back once you will start.
