About Silivile
Hello, I'm Silivile Uluthando Gwili, born and bred in the rural parts of the Eastern Cape. With a background in Human Movement Sciences, I've developed a passion for empowering individuals to take control of their well-being. As a volunteering member of Park Run SA, I've seen firsthand the impact that active living can have on people's lives. My interest in teaching stems from a desire to bridge the gap between knowledge and action - many individuals either don't understand the importance of well-being or don't know where to seek guidance. My goal is to change that, helping everyone reach their full potential by providing the support and resources they need to thrive.
