My main role is as an Operational Manager of a small business.

The lessons will begin with examples of where behavioural rule of thumb decision making deviates from mathematically rigorous decision making rules. Progressing to theory. With little technical knowledge required unless requested.
We will then explore the difference between traditional statistical methods and Bayesian methods.
