About Maja
I have been teaching my mother French and I have volunteered to be a tutor at my school during my last year of high school. I have tutored around five teenagers aged 10-15 and I have also taught younger children aged 5-8 some basics in the German language. My tutoring mainly consisted in figuring out what the pupil needed to do or do better to succeed as well as explain things he did not understand during the lessons. I also helped with the homework, without doing the work for the pupil. As a result, the pupils that I taught a language to found interest in the language they were learning and my tutees achieved better understanding in the subjects and therefore better grades.

I am German and Polish from Luxembourg who went to a French school. I have done both French and German high school degrees and I have worked as a tutor at my school beforehand. I try to understand where the pupil needs help and figure out the best suited methodology for their efficient learning as well as studying.
