About Charlotte
I am a Music and Popular Music student currently studying in Liverpool in my second year of study. I have a keen interest in music and am a Grade 8 pianist having been playing for 16 years. I have a very good knowledge of theory and notation and have studied music at GCSE, Music Performance in sixth form and now at university. I have also been a GCSE Mathematics tutor for both foundation and higher levels in the past so have experience of interacting in the tutor/student dynamic with young people.

My teaching method is to do a warm up activity such as a quick test to become aware of my students previous knowledge on the first session and then after that the test will be on the previous sessions work to make sure that my student has a good grasp of what we have been covering. I will then cover what is necessary for the qualification that my student is working towards or what they are learning at the time if they are in need of a little extra help to understand what they are working on. I will try my absolute best to help students that are studying towards an exam or similar as now that schools etc. are closing I understand that people are in need of that bit of extra help to keep up with their studies since they will not be able to do that in an educational institution.
