About Michelle
I am training to be a music teacher at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, so I'm learning to work with children in particular and will be qualified for both primary and secondary teaching. I teach piano because learning an instrument boosts our confidence and gives a rewarding sense of achievement. The piano is also one of the most versatile instruments with its range of notes and styles that we can play on it, so ultimately, I would like students to be able to have fun and enjoy playing.

I teach individually-tailored lessons as I appreciate that everyone has different goals. We can focus on certain aspects such as popular styles, chords, theory and repertoire as well as preparing for exams, auditions and festivals.
Lessons will typically be 30 minutes, but I can be flexible and make sure your lesson times suit you.
My lessons are open to students of any age.
