About Catherine
I am a professional musician based in Woolton, South Liverpool, and have been playing guitar for over twelve years. I have been gigging since the age of thirteen and have played many major music venues with various bands including 'The Copycats" and "The Einsteins' which was an all-girl rock band.
In 2016 I graduated from the University of Chester with a BA (Hons) in Popular Music Performance. Since finishing university, I have been teaching, performing and have been involved in numerous community music projects and groups. I currently work as a community musician in the Royal school for the Blind alongside teaching and gigging with my band.

My teaching method is catered to each student and what they wish to gain during the lessons. I do either half hour or hour lessons depending on what would be more beneficial to each student. I try to make each lesson fun and engaging and incorporate styles of music which the student enjoys.
