About Jana
What makes me qualified? I received 100% in all four required semesters of music theory for music majors, and I would often be the student who looked over my fellow peers' assignments and guided them. I am also a private piano teacher, and as one can assume, piano requires knowing music theory. Along with all these achievements, I was awarded a scholarship for my outstanding performance in piano and vocal studies.

I can basic level music theory for beginners, however I also teach music theory for music majors.
For basic level, I tend to focus more on notes, rhythm, chords, and etc.
For music major level music theory, I prioritize learning compound/simple meters, counterpoint, roman numeral chords, and etc.
The beginner level lessons can be for anyone who is interested in learning music, however, my music major level is meant for students in college who are working towards their degree in music.
