About Flo
I am a dedicated and experienced music producer with a strong professional background in the music industry. I am currently completing a BA degree in Electronic Music at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and have spent the last five years working with a wide range of clients, including independent artists and producers. My experience also includes interning at respected studios in London, where I gained valuable insight into professional recording and production practices. Alongside producing, I am an active DJ, which keeps me closely connected to current trends, techniques, and sounds across genres. This experience allows me to offer lessons that are not only technically informative but also creatively engaging and relevant to today’s music landscape. I take pride in my professional approach to teaching, ensuring each student feels supported, encouraged, and equipped with practical skills they can apply directly to their own projects. My goal is to help you develop confidence in your creative process, whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your production techniques.

My approach to teaching music production is entirely student-focused. I tailor each lesson to the individual’s goals, experience level, and preferred genres. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, I guide you step by step through the fundamentals of production, from understanding your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) to creating full tracks. I combine practical, hands-on instruction with creative exploration. Lessons can cover areas such as beat-making, arrangement, sound design, mixing, and mastering, always ensuring that technical skills are balanced with creative development. I encourage students to bring their own projects or ideas to work on, making the learning process directly relevant and inspiring. Lessons are typically 60 minutes, but can be adjusted depending on your needs and focus. I have experience as both a music student and producer, with years of training in music theory, composition, and performance. This broad musical background enables me to teach across genres and styles. These lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate learners of all ages who want to explore music production, develop their technical skills, or create and complete their own music projects.
