About Ru
I'm a music producer and DJ of 10 years, holding a 1st class honours degree in Music Technology and Popular Music Performance from London College of Music. I've been commercially releasing my own music since 2014 and have performed DJ sets in prestigious venues & festivals around the UK and Europe. I've helped students craft their own tracks from scratch, helped them prepare for their first DJ sets, and advised on their development as artists, drawing from a working knowledge of current industry practices.
I strongly highlight the importance of each individual's creative signature that they can put into their productions to make them unique. I find out what it is the student wishes to get out of their tuition, how far they want to take their skills and then adjust my approach accordingly. I can also offer artist mentorship for people looking to take their skills to the next level.
