About Samuel
My name is Sam Weeks. I am a 32 year old from Winchester, Hampshire. I have a passion for music and teaching and am looking to expand on my journey. I have been in many bands over the years and have had over 20 years of experience in performing. Specifically in folk, blues, acoustic, instrumental, rock and more. I have an understanding of learning difficulties and neurodivergence and know that learning can sometimes be overwhelming. I can teach individuals or in groups. My main goal is that I want to help students feel comfortable, safe, to be able to go at their own pace and to deliver catered lessons on their accord. I can teach in person or online depending on location and what is suitable to the student's preference.

Enjoyable and relaxed lessons ensuring students aren't overwhelmed or pressured. Can offer in person and online lessons (depending on location). Systematic approach of an individual's needs and goals. Lessons can vary between 30 minutes to an hour depending on preference. Experience in teaching individuals and groups of student ages ranging from 6+. Inclusive of learning difficulties.

I really struggle with ADHD and being under pressure. I can't read music well and Sam has helped to accommodate for this and increase my confidence in playing guitar. He made sure I felt relaxed and we went at my own pace. Would highly recommend. Very friendly and welcoming.
