About Ella
I am gifted at reading and am very patient. I have a strong vocabulary and can work with many children, even ones with special needs. I help out in the special needs classroom at my school, and I’ve seen how the teachers in there run their classroom. I am mature for my age, and I am very willing to work with your child and help them grow! I hope you will consider me for working with your child that is K-6!

I love working with kids, I love watching them grow. For reading my typical lesson plan would be first assessing their level, seeing what their baseline is, and going from there. I'd make sure to make it engaging and fun, and I'll always go at your child's pace. For my age group, I want to work with kids K-6, and no matter what their level is I will try to help them grow. I also know that not every kid wants to learn, so I will do my best to make it seem less like learning and more like a game, then they'll learn without realizing they're learning
