I am a final-year Banking and Finance student at Brunel University with a strong passion for mathematics and helping students achieve their academic goals. Throughout my studies, I have developed excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, which I bring into every tutoring session.
Having recently completed GCSEs and advanced mathematics courses myself, I understand the challenges students face and know how to explain difficult concepts in a clear and approachable way. My aim is to help students build confidence, improve their understanding, and develop effective exam techniques.
I am patient, supportive, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes as part of the learning process. I specialise in GCSE and SAT Maths tutoring, helping students build confidence, improve grades, and develop strong problem-solving skills. My lessons are tailored to each student's individual needs, whether they are aiming to strengthen core skills, prepare for upcoming exams, or achieve top grades.
My teaching style focuses on understanding rather than memorisation. I break down difficult topics into clear, manageable steps and use worked examples, guided practice, and exam-style questions to reinforce learning. I believe every student can succeed in maths with the right support and approach.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are structured around the student's goals and current level. We can focus on specific topics, homework support, revision planning, or exam technique. I provide a patient and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes.
My lessons are suitable for students preparing for GCSE Maths (Foundation or Higher) and SAT Maths. My goal is to help students achieve measurable improvement while building the confidence and skills needed for long-term success in mathematics.
