About Sophie
I am a sports coach of 7 years based in Essex who delivers PE curriculum lessons day to day along with 4+ years of gymnastics and fitness within the children's industry.
I absolutely love seeing my students progression and take a lot of time, care and effort when planning for the next to ensure they achieve their goal.

I will deliver a high energy knowledgable session for 30 minutes - 1 hour carefully planned to suit each child’s needs and ability with progressions and adaptions. 4-12 years old all abilities are welcome.
