About Hesham
I started getting into personal training at the age of 18. It all began at my local neighborhood gym where I would just find myself striking up conversations with the members about their workouts and what they can do to improve them. From there I became a CPT and started working at Lifetime Fitness. After the pandemic hit, our gym took a huge blow so I decided to branch out on my own. I have been running my personal training business for about two years now and I love every second of it.

Training with me is like working out with a friend. I want to get to know you first and your lifestyle before we get into the exercises. I bring a new approach to personal training because training should be simple for my clients to understand. Leave the science part to me and I'll just give you what you want, the results! I will guide you through the workouts using proper form and technique at different tempos, different amount of sets and reps.
