About Nathan
My name is Nathan Hill, and I've been in the fitness industry for over 10 years — as a trainer, a movement coach, and a rehabilitation specialist. I hold certifications in personal training, functional movement screening, and corrective exercise. For the last 5 years, I've worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds: office workers with back pain, athletes recovering from injury, older adults wanting to stay active, and fitness enthusiasts who want to move better. My students trust me because I take a holistic, long-term view of health — I'm not about quick fixes or punishing workouts. Hi, I'm Nathan Hill. I've trained clients for 5 years, and my focus is on building functional strength — the kind that helps you move well in everyday life, not just in the gym. I work with clients who want to improve their posture, reduce pain, and feel more capable and confident in their bodies — whether they're office workers, active adults, or older clients. My sessions are built around fundamental movement patterns: squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and rotating. I also incorporate mobility work, core stability, and balance training to build a body that's strong, flexible, and injury-resistant. I teach you how to move with proper form and awareness, and I tailor every session to your individual goals and fitness level. My approach is patient, clear, and educational. You'll understand what you're doing and why — and you'll feel the difference in how you move, sit, and live.
