About Michael
My experience ranges from decades of competitive swimming and love for water through a collegiate level, with time also spent as Head/Varsity swim coach of high school teams and summer leagues. Water polo experience playing at D3 Nationals for Hamilton College, and serving as Captain for an international-level water polo team in Saudi Arabia, coached by a 2x Gold Olympic Medalist from Serbia. I’ve served as lifeguard, SCUBA divemaster and free diving instructor, and will never stop exploring the water and oceans!

Lessons will be super individualized for your own body and strengths/weaknesses, working from basic up to advanced skills step by step, with components of exercise, technique, fine details and philosophy all rolled into a deeper understanding of how to move through water and dominate the pool.
