About Carly
I am a Middle School Geography teacher and water polo coach. I have been teaching for 2 years and coaching for 6.
I have played water polo at National level for 8 years, a highlight was Captaining my team at the EU 8 Nations where we won a Bronze Medal.
I do long distance running and have recently started triathlon.

Every individual is unique, we have our own way of understanding and learning. I aim to understand the learner, their strengths and weaknesses, and to help them to reach their highest potential through the improvement of these factors.
I am able to coach learn to swim from young children to adults and provide training programs for the more comfortable swimmer.
Waterpolo training I have many different methods depending on your goal I am able to further provide strength and conditioning on land which is beneficial to polo players.
