About Najm
I truly believe that any musician has what it takes to be great, but it starts with a thought. As an instructor I am more than happy to instill the winning mentality into my students along with any basics or musical standards that will be covered. I am primarily an R&B & Jazz saxophonist with background in music fundamentals, scales, and classical music as well. I make my living by working as a hired musician for weddings, anniversaries, galas, banquets, and even performing the Star-Spangled Banner for the Charlotte Hornets NBA team. I can teach saxophone fundamentals and basics & teach individuals how they can make serious money through contracts, LLC’s, and networking. I believe that beginning to intermediate saxophonists would truly benefit under my instruction due to not just my résumé as a professional saxophonist, but because of my ability to emotionally connect and create bonds with my students that truly fosters genuine inspiration for playing the saxophone. I absolutely love to play the saxophone and it’s been a part of my life for about a decade now. The most important part about music to me is the inspiration and love. I aspire to be a personable guide to any musician who is ready to level up one lesson at a time!
