About Ilana
I am a French and English native speaker and have spent over 25 years in Paris. I have a double Masters in French Law and American Law from Paris and an LL.M. from Cardozo School of Law in New York which trained me to compare, interpret and translate French and American Law and Philosophy.
All the while pursuing my bilingual degree, I was a camp director in Paris and London for youth of all ages looking to become fluent.
I have also been consistently tutoring children, students and adults for over 15 years — helping them perfect their accent and conversational skills; successfully passing exams and language proficiency tests; writing essays and personal statements… or simply learning French from scratch!
I love working in international environments, connecting people from all backgrounds, and imparting knowledge about French culture. I will gladly help you plan your trip to Paris!
