I always start with the lesson, trying to get to know what the kid actually does know or remind about his lesson, identify weak points as well as good points, and then I slightly lead the kid to improve his weaknesses by practicing some exercises thanks to either oral or written exercises. I approach each topic with a lot of examples, so kids will remember the rules more easily. Whereas learning French is not easy so I am very creative in order to make the children love that language.
