I am 21 years old, and I grew up in France. I have also lived in Hong Kong for 6 years, and I am now based in the UK. I have a degree in contemporary dance, and I am a full-time receptionist, who's interested in taking Pilates as a career once I have done my degree.

My lessons will be structured depending on each individual's needs. I believe the fastest way to learn a language is to listen and actually speak the language. I want the lessons to be relaxed, and for you to ask as many questions as possible, as understanding something fully is the only way you will learn. I am very excited to meet you!
