About Manon
Hi! I’m Manon, I’m 26 years old and I’m a native French speaker who moved to the UK around two years ago. Since moving here, I’ve become fluent in English, which has given me a really good understanding of both languages and of what it’s like to learn and use a new language every day.
I’m a very friendly, positive and sociable person, and I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and helping others. I love sports, animals, socialising, cooking and discovering new experiences, so I’m definitely not the type of person who thinks learning a language has to be boring!
My aim is to make French lessons relaxed, fun and enjoyable while helping you become more confident speaking French. As I’m fluent in English, I can easily explain things when you’re stuck and help you understand the differences between English and French.
I’m happy to teach complete beginners, intermediate learners or anyone who simply wants to practise their French and feel more comfortable having conversations.
Whether you want to learn French for travelling, work, school, everyday life, a relationship, or simply because you love the French language and culture, I’d be delighted to help.
I believe the best way to learn is to enjoy yourself, make mistakes without worrying and keep practising. So come and learn French with me in a friendly, relaxed and supportive environment! ️

My goal is to make learning French enjoyable, relaxed and practical, while helping you feel confident speaking from the very first lesson.
As a native French speaker who is fluent in English, I can explain French clearly and simply, even when something feels difficult or confusing.
My lessons are personalised to your goals and level. Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for a holiday in France, improving your conversation skills, studying for school or exams, or simply want to become more confident speaking French, I will adapt each lesson to you.
I use a mix of conversation, pronunciation practice, vocabulary, grammar and real-life situations. I believe you learn a language best by actually using it, so my lessons are interactive rather than just focused on memorising rules. I also encourage students to speak as much French as possible in a friendly and supportive environment.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long, but I can adapt the length depending on your needs and schedule.
I welcome learners of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to more advanced students. I am particularly happy to help English speakers who want to improve their French naturally and confidently.
Whether you want to speak French for travel, work, school, exams, everyday conversation or simply for fun, I would love to help you reach your goals!
