About Lucie

my website: frenchwithlucie.carrd.co

Hi!
I am a native French speaker from France with a certified C1 Level in English, working towards a C2 certification.
I graduated high school in France with first-class honors, and you can refer to my Baccalauréat (French leaving certificate) for my academic level.
I am a second-year English Literature student at UCD who is patient and passionate about teaching. My approach is tailored to each of my students' needs and goals.

About the lesson

What I Offer:
-> Grammar explained simply and clearly
-> Conversational practice to boost fluency
-> Help with written assignments and pronunciation
-> Support for French exams (Junior Cert, Leaving Cert, University)
-> Cultural insights and natural expressions only a native speaker can teach
-> Small quizzes at the beginning of each lesson to remember it all!

Feel free to message me with any questions and let me know if you'd like a more casual or more academic tone, I'm happy to adjust!

Lucie is a wonderful tutor for all ages because of her extensive experience and amicable qualities. She has worked with children of all ages for years in both English and French settings. She also utilizes both languages fluently on a daily basis. Aside from being more than qualified to teach French and English to people at any level, she is very friendly, easy to talk to, detail-oriented, and committed to her job as a tutor. She will do everything in her power to help you succeed and I highly recommend her for any of your tutoring needs!
