About Fanny

I'm a 24-year-old student in Public International Law who was born in the French-speaking part of Belgium and who has conducted all of her university studies in English, including in Scotland, the Netherlands, Canada and, soon, Australia!

I have always been good at French - maybe because my grandma was a French teacher and my mum a teacher too? - and always received excellent grades for my papers. It's no wonder that I chose to study law and not science!

I am passionate about traveling to remote, off-the-beaten track locations, going on hikes and capturing moments - especially in nature - with my camera. I love telling stories about my travels and hearing people's stories too.

About the lesson

I will adapt to your needs!

Are you still in school and need help with your French exams? We'll build our lessons on what you've learned in class!

Is there any specific purpose for which you're looking to improve your French - travel, job? We'll focus on the vocabulary you'll need for your project and work on scenarios you might encounter!

A regular class would be centered around discussions and various academic materials which I'll create depending on your objectives. However, if you'd like to do it in a different way, I'm open to suggestions!

For children, I'm happy to have some more playful lessons with some little games.

I am also available for translations and corrections of assignments, but I'll always make sure to provide explanations for the mistakes you've made so that you don't only get a good grade but also improve!

Fanny is the ideal teacher: she knows how to put her solid knowledge of English at the disposal of the student, whatever their level. She knows how to listen to the student and help them to tackle their difficulties. But above all, Fanny is always positive, smiling and warm, and this is what makes her lessons so magical!
