About Rama
I'm Rama, a Pharmacology graduate and native French speaker with a background in support work for young people and mentoring first year university students. I've always found teaching and supporting people to come naturally to me, and I want to bring that same patience and encouragement to teaching French.
I'm currently working towards a career in secondary education, so tutoring is a natural extension of that goal. I care about helping people build real confidence in the language, not just pass a test. I want you to actually feel comfortable speaking, writing, and reading French by the time we're done, whether that's for exams, travel, or just for yourself.

My lessons cover speaking, writing, grammar and conjugation, along with French literature and music, so you get a well-rounded understanding of the language, not just grammar drills. I get to know what you're interested in, whether that's manga, sport, or something else entirely, and we use that alongside literature and music to keep lessons engaging and relevant to you.
I'm patient and adaptable, and I focus on building your confidence to speak and write, not just pass tests. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to sharpen your fluency, I'll tailor each lesson to where you are and what keeps you motivated to keep going.
