I am a bilingual French and English speaker who lived in France for 18 years and now study Finance and Digital Banking at the University of Sussex. Having grown up fully immersed in the French language and culture, I understand both the challenges and best methods for learning it effectively. •My Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Style I focus on making each lesson practical, engaging, and tailored to the student’s goals. My teaching style is conversational and adaptive, I aim to build confidence in speaking and comprehension by using real-life examples, short dialogues, and interactive exercises rather than strict memorisation. I also like to explain grammar in a simple, logical way so students understand why the language works the way •Techniques and Methodology I often mix structured learning (vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation) with more dynamic activities such as short discussions, listening practice, or reading short texts. I adjust my pace based on how the student learns best — whether they prefer a visual, auditory, or interactive approach. My goal is to make students comfortable using French in everyday situations, not just in theory. •Typical Lesson Length Most of my lessons last about 45 minutes to 1 hour, which gives enough time to introduce new material, practice, and review without feeling rushed or overwhelming. •Qualifications and Experience I’m a university student in England studying Finance and Digital Banking, but I lived in France for 18 years and am fully fluent in French. Perfect! The first lesson today was very pleasant. Sacha is a great communicator and was happy to explain how the Superprof platform works. He teaches in a friendly and calm manner. Looking forward to the next lessons!
Perfect! Sacha has a very easy going manner and is able to adapt his tutoring to meet the needs of the student. Being an older learner I sometimes need to have the how and why a sentence is constructed in the way that it is explained before I can fully understand the end result. This is something that Sacha managed easily due to his complex understanding of both English and French

I have known Sacha now for a number of years, and who I would describe as a diligent young man. Serious, and a person who revels in dealing with facts. Having lived in France all his life, he brings to the eager student a rounded knowledge of the language but from a young persons point of view. Along with this is the cultural element, being versed with the current ‘word on the street’ he will be able to teach an extremely accurate current approach to native French.
