About Phuong
Holding a Master of Arts in French Studies from Yale University provided me with deep academic rigor. Montreal is my home, but I now reside in Denver after teaching for 10 years. My instructional style prioritizes conversation first.
Grammar serves communication. I work with AP French candidates, professionals moving to France, and hobbyists.
DELF and DALF preparation is a specialty. I use role play and dialogue practice to strengthen skills. We will focus on verb conjugation, listening practice, and vocabulary building. Let us get started on your journey.

Fluency rarely comes from memorizing textbooks. Real language happens when you talk.
As a Montreal native, I provide natural insight into the French language. My Yale degree ensures that you receive instruction based on sound linguistic foundations. We incorporate frequent practice sessions to build your confidence in speaking. You will find that our sessions are quite enjoyable and productive.
