About Marit
My name is Marit and I am a native German, and I would love to help someone learn my beautiful language.
German is a difficult language to learn, which I can understand, so an understanding and patient environment is one of the most important things to me.
I have worked as a tutor before in Germany and would love to get a chance to continue my work here in Ireland.

I like the learning by doing approach and think, when it comes to new languages it is best to have someone to speak that language to, to practice and perfect. In my opinion, the most important thing to learn is the vocabulary to have a good base to then build on that with all the grammar, since the German grammar sometimes can be a bit hard so it is essential to be patient and keep trying. I have worked as a tutor before in Germany, where I taught German, Math and English.
With learning a new language, it is always essential to be patient and just keep on practicing and to not give up, since it can sometimes be difficult and exhausting so understanding is definitely a necessity.
