About Anke
I have worked as a nanny with German-speaking children for 2 years and I am going to be teaching German to children aged 5-14 years old at a German Saturday school in London from September onwards. I only receive great feedback from parents especially with regards to their children's improvement of their German language skills. I'm super friendly and understanding. I want the children to have fun when learning German, so I'd organise lots of different games, read German books, organise fun activities and always ensure that there are plenty opportunities for them to speak German.

I am Anke, and was born and raised in Germany. I moved to London about 15 years ago.
I have experience in nannying and teaching primary and secondary school children. I want my students to have fun whilst learning and speaking German, so I do lots of games, arts, and crafts activities (yes even on Zoom that's possible) during my lessons.
At home, my boys and I read a lot of German books and play German board games which also helps a lot in acquiring new vocabulary.
