About Maryam
I aim to help students feel more confident and reduce anxiety around learning and exams by creating a calm, encouraging environment where they can ask questions freely and progress at their own pace. I work with various age groups, tutoring to support learning in German and psychology. Drawing on my understanding of motivation, confidence and stress, I create tailored, effective lessons that meet each student’s individual needs.

Lessons are student centred and individually tailored to your individual needs, learning style and speed. I can help you improve conversation skills, grammar, confidence or exam performance. With previous tutoring experience and a supportive teaching style, I focus on making learning German both effective and enjoyable. I have a strong background in psychology allowing me to apply psychologically informed, evidence-based teaching strategies that support motivation, confidence and effective learning. In addition to German, I also offer psychology tutoring, supporting students with understanding core concepts, exam preparation, essay structure and revision strategies.
