About Irene
Thanks to my family, since I was a child I learnt to appreciate fresh food, always tasting everything everywhere we would go. My father and gradma taught me how to cook the basic dishes of our traditional cuisine and then I always enjoyed trying new recipes, mixing together different culinary traditions.

I offer cooking lessons for both kids and adults, tailoring my teaching to each one’s interests and needs. I can teach you many recipes from all parts of Italy: you’ll find out how little of our cooking traditions is actually known abroad... ;-) If anyone is interested, I can tell you about the historic background of the different dishes and I can also provide a playlist of fitting regional music.
