I believe learning Chinese should be practical, engaging, and tailored to each student. I adjust my teaching style based on your level and goals, using a combination of conversation practice, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, and writing. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by a new topic or skill, guided practice, and real-life conversation exercises. As a native Mandarin speaker who has studied and worked in both China and the U.S., I can explain not only the language but also the cultural context behind it.
My lessons are ideal for anyone interested in learning Mandarin and gaining a deeper understanding of Chinese language and culture, from complete beginners to advanced learners.
