About Angélica
Hi! I’m Angélica, a native Spanish speaker from Chile and a qualified language teacher with over six years of teaching experience. I have taught children, teenagers and adults, so I’m comfortable adapting my teaching style to different ages, personalities and learning goals.
I’m currently living in Melbourne, and as someone who has learned and lived in another language myself, I understand how challenging — and exciting — learning a new language can be. I love teaching because I enjoy seeing that moment when something finally clicks and a student starts feeling confident enough to actually use the language.
I’m friendly, patient and easy-going, and I want my students to feel comfortable speaking Spanish with me, even when it’s not perfect. That’s part of learning!
