After I have a clear idea of where you are and where do you want to get I can suggest a more specific approach, what I can say is that the best way to learn a language is to make use of it, even at early stages.
I'm into literature and believe that is is an excellent tool approach language learning, along with debates about fun and interesting topics that will help with the speaking by allowing you to clarify your ideas and be confident to communicate in Spanish!
